How do I track my order?

You can easily track your order through our Track Your Order page. Just enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX)

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal

Note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Is my online order secure?

Absolutely. Your payment is processed through an SSL-secured page and encrypted before being sent to our trusted payment processor. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Discount and promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please contact us immediately at contact@brandname.com so we can assist you right away.

Are there any currency exchange rates?

All prices are listed in USD. If your credit card uses another currency, your bank will convert the total using their current exchange rate on the day of processing.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, due to processing charges. Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your address before checkout.
